Terms & Conditions/Returns Policy
Subject to stock and availability, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has been completed and shipped. However, please be advised extended delivery periods may be incurred due to busy seasonal periods such as Christmas and other National Holidays. PLEASE NOTE: Responsibility for ownership of all goods shipped passes to the purchaser once delivery has been received and signed for.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our online web store is currently only available to UK based delivery addresses. However, International shipping is available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order. We will seek out the best available shipping quote on a case-by-case basis and relay this back to you before purchase. Please note that international orders do not include any duties or taxes. Hiscox Cases is not responsible for any fees once the package has been accepted into your country.
Delivery charges will be shown at the checkout stage before the final submission of the order. The applicable delivery charge shown at the checkout is a standard charge and does not constitute any guarantee of delivery date from the time an order has been placed.
Any goods received damaged or with shortages MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. After this time period Hiscox Cases cannot be held responsible.
Pickup from our Factory in Cannock, Staffordshire is also available. Please select local pickup at the checkout. Your order will be prepared, and we will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. Alternatively, contact us direct at email@example.com to place your order and arrange a pickup date and time.
DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL PADDING, STRAPS & BACKPACKS
We aim to process orders within 1 to 5 business days from receipt, please then allow time for the respective country’s postal service to deliver. We estimate delivery between 5 to 7 working days for the UK and Europe. The rest of the world is subject to Royal Mail's published delivery timetable which can be viewed at www.royalmail.com
When ordering products via our web store, an email confirmation will be sent by return to acknowledge receipt of any respective order. The received order will represent an offer to purchase products from Hiscox Cases with our confirmation acting as written acceptance of the respective online order. Any products not detailed on your original purchase order will not form part of the sales contract.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 30 days from receipt of the ordered goods to change your mind without reason. However, you must give a clear statement (not necessarily in writing) and ensure goods are returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Goods being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. However, in the event original packing is not available, please ensure the goods being returned are well packaged as we reserve the right to refuse if received damaged. If you wish to return goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order reference, and any images clearly showing any damage or defects.
When arranging products for return we recommend using the services of companies such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. Please ensure insurance is taken as full responsibility for goods being returned remains with you until received safely and signed for by Hiscox Cases. Insurance will allow any compensation claim to be made if the item(s) being returned are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be arranged within 14 days of the goods being received by Hiscox Cases. Funds will be processed using the original payment method. An email notification will be sent once the refund transaction has been processed. Please allow 5 working days for any funds to clear.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Goods altered from their original condition cannot be returned.
Faulty goods may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery with an exchange item offered or a full refund given. Any product found to be faulty after 30 days will be subject to our warranty terms.
